"Livy Protect and its smoke detector"
The smoke detector's siren, when it goes off, isn't detected by the Protect Smart ring. The battery in the smart ring only gets charged up to 95% and drops to 15% in just 8 days. Not exactly a great first impression, which makes me rethink my next steps.

"Encountered a problem with my fire gadget"
I ran into a problem with my fire gadget, and since I faced similar troubles not too long ago. Livy provided me with a replacement instead of making me wait for the inspection.

So, I shipped back the old gadget and now I’ve got a new one. That’s what good customer support is all about. I’m pleased overall and, just like the first time, I’m still grateful and impressed by the friendly, quick, and hassle-free assistance.

"Not really compatible with many smart devices..."
This thing just doesn’t work with a lot of smart gadgets, and the camera doesn’t always function right. Plus, the app is pretty sluggish.

"Disappointing Experience"
The setup was a hassle and felt unfriendly, plus there’s no central hub. After I installed six rings, my entire home internet went kaput. Honestly, in terms of performance, it’s nothing special. You can get all the features of the ring with a 30 euro option.

"No push notification received during testing..."
I missed out on a push notification while I was checking the smoke detector. Thanks to the helpful support team, I managed to get it working. Just press and hold that test button for a bit longer. Awesome service, much appreciated!
